Damaged or defective products

Defective products:

If you receive a defective product, please contact Customer Service.

You can return a defective product within 15 days from the order delivery date through our Online Returns Center or you can contact our Customer Service department.

Note: If BelXMP.com sends you a replacement for a damaged or defective product, you must return the original product within 15 days from the date we confirm the replacement order. If you do not return the original product to us within this 15-day period, BelXMP reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement product to the same payment method you used to confirm the order.
